Здесь приводится текст оригинального исторического указа, в котором говорится о воле правителя Владимира Великого во время княжеского пира накормить и напоить всех больных и нищих, приказывая своим слугам оставлять им еду у их домов. А всем жителям города приходить ко дворцу и просить любого угощения от княжеских припасов.

Here sounds the original historical text, conveying the will of the prince Vladimir the Great to feed all the sick and poor during the feast. Vladimir orders his servants to leave some food beside the houses of those in need. And all the citizens are allowed to come to the palace and ask for any food from the prince’s stores.
